Lewis Hamilton has admitted that joining Ferrari remains a potential option for him in the future but is not certain whether the move a part of his F1″game strategy” – with the Mercedes driver stating that”loyalty is crucial”.
Though Hamilton is signed up at Mercedes a between the world champion and also the game’s most prestigious team has been mooted, although Hamilton has made no secret of his admiration.

Mercedes also disclosed this past year that Hamilton driving for Ferrari’s possibility was discussed during their contract talks.

“They’ve got two great drivers there today,” said Hamilton. “I’m sure they are delighted with their new young star they’ve got coming up and now I am incredibly excited to see how he evolves”
Hamilton is now the favorite to claim that the sixth in 2019 holding a 65-point guide with eight races and has won four of his five titles.
Ferrari sealed their first victory of the season last weekend at Belgium but return to their residence Italian GP under stress.
The team haven’t won because 2010 at Monza – by Mercedes winning the past five races – while their drivers’ and constructors’ titles came in 2008 and 2007 respectively.
Hamilton believes that run is one reason fans have been calling for his trademark.
“They have never had a championship obviously since 2007 so there’s that yearning that fans have of visiting their favorite team succeed,” he said.
“I’m sure they’re only relating this to the simple fact that I’ve won the championship the past couple of years.”
The Tifosi, ferrari’s ardent fans, will be out in force this weekend however, before, he believes the relationship is improving, though Hamilton was booed on the podium.
“I think that it’s grown a lot through the years however, it takes a long time to change perception,” he said.
“We come here and also you stand together with their podium and 90 per cent plus are Ferrari fans. We’ve come here with Mercedes on the top step and I have made the weekend maybe not so great for Ferrari lovers.
“But I appreciate and admire them a massive amount and, in reality, once I come here a lot of Ferrari fans actually ask me to come to Ferrari. And I get lots of Ferrari lovers who say,’I’m a Ferrari fan but I admire you’.
“I think that it’s growing slowly, bit by bit. But it would never be the same if I was driving to get a Ferrari team”
