The Calgary Flames Endured from theVegas Flu last night, as they were outworked from the Golden Knights in T-Mobile Arena.

The Flames let a match to become a blowout at the end of the night. Vegas notched 6 goals to spoil the Flames. David Rittich let 6 of them to get past him not the ideal outing for his or her netminder and faced 30 shots.
A lot depends on Rittich this year last night and he didnt seem as a goaltender that is starting. The Golden Knights were the aggressors and were rewarded with a triumph with this. The Flames didnt look ready, but find a chance to get right back out to the ice tonight.
This is going to be the finale of a three-game road trip for the Flames. Their stop in Vegas was their second loss in regulation and third overall. The Flames are among those groups we must work with a wait and see strategy on. They might be a mega bust and lose out on the playoffs or may be useful.
Opinions vary considerably with the Flames. The way I view this, the Flames are a playoff game, but its definitely going to be tricky to reach the Stanley Cup Final. The talent is there though I am not sold on also their line along with Rittich.
Last night nothing really worked for the Flames at Las Vegas. Perhaps they had a great time around the town, but it was a battle on the ice against the hometown Golden Knights. The Flames have zero opportunity to relish their time in Vegas since theyre off to the west coast for a meeting with the San Jose Sharks.
The Sharks come back home following a three-game road trip. They were able to wrap up it using a win over the Blackhawks. It was their first win of this year, and before coming back home a much-needed win to catch any momentum. Head below to our free Flames vs. Sharks pick.
Las Vegas can be a tricky place with. Even the Flames have had zero success against the Golden Knights Saturday night, and it showed. With the reduction, the Flames struck on a five-game losing streak from the Golden Knights. Whether theyre diverted by what the town offers or they just dont like playing a Knights staff could be debated. They are.
The Flames have won at San Jose as recently as March, however. With a score of 5-3, the Flames were winners in their assembly from the Sharks. It was their second win against San Jose in their past six meetings with the Sharks. Also notice that it was their first win in six matches in San Jose. The Sharks are 5-1 in the last six outings at the Shark Tank across the Flames. While backup Cam Talbot gets his first work of their regular season on Sunday, david Rittich will have the night off.
The Oilers exchanged talbot to the Flyers last year and the movement has been baffling at the time. Baffling for the Flyers to execute that commerce. Talbot wasnt playing and the Flyers did not really need help goaltending with Carter Hart hot. He proved everyone right, as Talbot struggled with a 3.70 GAA and also 0.881 save percentage in four matches. Before the transaction, Talbot posted a 3.36 GAA and 0.893 save percentage using the Oilers. Hes tailed off.
The Flames backup has been substantially shaky against the Sharks in his career. He possesses a 3.43 and 0.886 save percentage in 13 games against the Sharks. Martin Jones has been better than that, using a 2.46 GAA and 0.923 save percent against the Flames. Playing on a yearlong following a visit to Vegas has to be tough. Anticipate a slow group and a hangover of all types from San Jose for the Flames. The Sharks should be well-rested after getting a few nights off to freshen up with this matchup. This looks to notch their first win.
