Kyler Murray understands Kliff Kingbury’s crime better than many of his Arizona Cardinals teammates, but the rookie quarterback knows there are many strides to choose to get their chemistry pat.
Before throwing out the first pitch Tuesday in the Arizona Diamondbacks game, Murray told Fox Sports Arizona the team must continue to build on offseason workouts.

“Everybody is not on precisely the same page like I had been with my men in college at the moment,” Murray stated. “I have just been here for a couple of months so that it’s going to take some time, it’s going to take reps. But I am ready for the ups and the downs, but so much for me personally it’s been great. The men were very accepting of me and I can’t wait to get the season started.”
Through offseason workouts, Murray has been praised by coaches and teammates alike for his mental ability to understand the crime, his dynamic, true passing ability and his ability to escape the pocket and become a playmaker.
Clinics , however, are a location. The next major step will take place when the pads are on in training camp, the hitting starts, and the preseason gets underway.
“I think that it will be an alteration,” Murray stated. “Just for us rookies, it’ll be an alteration. However, I’ve always been confident in my own, just trust my abilities, hope what I can do on the soccer field together with coach Kingsbury’s training, instructing me. I think us together along with the players that we’ve can be quite dangerous.”
The Kliff Kingsbury experiment will be among the more intriguing plotlines once training camp opens. Its success or failure will depend heavily on Murray, and the QB building chemistry with his teammates immediately.
