Eliud Kipchoge says as he wants to become the first marathon runner to violate up the barrier in Vienna he is running to make history.
After falling out by 25 seconds in his first attempt in Monza 2 decades 25, the Kenyan is shooting his shot in the record.
Kipchoge will race in the IENOS 1:59 Challenge, but he will be assisted with a rotating group of pace-setters, meaning the sports governing body can not officially ratifies that his period.
Even the four-time London Marathon winner who also holds the official marathon world record of 2:01.39, said:I am running to make background – I am running to tell people no individual is constrained.
It is not about money, its about running and making history and changing the lives of individuals through their thinking.
Kipchoges challenge will occur more than 4.4 laps of this Prater Hauptallee in Vienna.
His very first attempt occurred in May 2017 on the Monza Formula One racetrack where he completed 25 seconds short of their album – that the fastest marathon .
If he would like to make this moment he might have to run one minute faster per mile in the capital, an obstacle Kipchoge believes will be potential.
He added:I feel prepared (after Monza). I feel convinced that I have been for the last two years in that rate.

Yes, I am prepared. Yes, training has been very powerful, I enjoyed about the training.
Its totally different, it is about making background and inform the entire world that nobody is constrained. It is not about the contest.
