New Zealand Rugby have announced that former All Blacks centre next year Mark Robinson will triumph Steve Tew as chief executive.
Tew, that has been chief executive as 2007 disclosed he is going to resign from the role at the end of the year.
Robinson, who played with nine evaluations for his country, will take over the role early next year.
He explained:”I’m truly excited by what this opportunity provides.
“I’ve got a clear vision to continue to develop the terrific work established under Steve’s view and recognise the significant duty we’ve got in ensuring that our match proceeds to flourish at all levels”
Robinson had his career blighted by a succession of injuries, later he retired, returning to New Zealand as chief executive of the Taranaki Rugby Union.
One of his first jobs are to build a relationship with a brand new All Blacks coach, with Steve Hansen stepping down in Japan after the World Cup.
